Next time you make dinner and you find yourself without any rolls or cornbread or bread sticks, whip up a batch of these! They are SO YUMMY, SO EASY, and SO QUICK! It's like "magic!" ;-)
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbs. Sugar (optional)
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 6 greased muffin cups (sometimes I do these in a mini muffin tin too). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown).
It's that easy. You'll want to fill up on this bread instead of dinner - they are that yummy!
