My Menu Plan for the week...
(We are at the end of Chris' pay period, so you know we are doing budget friendly, pantry handy meals this week! This is my #1 go to for just such a week! Prep takes 5 minutes (literally) and I ALWAYS have the ingredients (all 4 of them) in my pantry.)
Tex Mex Chicken Melts
(I'll use the leftover chicken from Monday to make these yummy treats! Perfect for Tuesday night since we don't get home until after Chris' game... this is a good light snacky meal)
Change of plans... not in the mood for rice, lol.
BBQ Chicken w/
green beans and boiled potatoes
and magic muffins! :-)
Pork Chop Casserole (with potatoes)
Another one-dish meal.
BBQ pork on Buns
Either Taco Pie or Family burrito Bake
Football... I'll mix up something snacky... maybe chicken wings!
